Dr Cruz currently works clinically in Occupational Health, but she is also the Founder and Principal Coach for MARPE, LLC. She works with physicians who are struggling with the pain of feeling overwhelmed, overburdened, and resentful and are ready to start finding true balance and clarity in their lives while optimizing their goals and enhancing their performance and life satisfaction.
