Physician Outlook, LLC operates this website (the “Site”), and the services related to or offered on the Site (the “Services”). These Services may include, without limitation, tools, applications, email services, bulletin and message boards, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, calendars and downloadable mobile applications related to the Site or provided through the Site. Physician Outlook may also contain advertisements, promotions and sponsored areas that are sold by outside advertising and marketing agents, as well as affiliate links.

What data do we collect?

Physician Outlook LLC collects some or all of the following data:

Personal identification information (Name, email, address, phone number, etc.) for all subscribers
Physician areas of specialization, medical/osteopathic school/residency program information for physicians
If you sign up for Physician Outlook-associated CME (Continuing Medical Education) courses and/or if you are interested in our Job Board we may be providing us with your NPI number, AMA ME Number, your specialty, associations you belong to, board certification(s) and any other information that may be necessary for registration and completion of CME courses, and/or to apply for open positions.  We may also ask you for your state(s) of Licensure, state and county medical society membership and practice information

For each visitor to our web pages, our web server automatically recognizes your domain, service provider, operating system, and Internet browser. Our Web server additionally records usage of pages by our visitors. We use this information, in aggregate, for research reports and performance surveys. We sometimes use this non-personally identifiable information that we collect to improve the design and content of our site and to enable us to personalize your Internet experience.

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide Physician Outlook LLC with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

The advertisement may appear when you are visiting a different section of the Site or any other website on the Internet if the website also has a relationship with our vendor.

You can choose to limit Behavioral Advertising on the Sites by opting-out of cookies placed by those vendors listed. After you opt-out, you will still see advertisements but the advertising may not be as relevant to your interests. If you change your computer, change your browser, or delete your cookies, you will need to renew your opt-out. The Site currently is not setup to process or respond to “Do Not Track” settings or signals from web browsers.
